Join Master John Ding for a rare and transformative three day workshop in Vilnius, Lithuania. This event offers an unparalleled opportunity to study directly under one of the world’s foremost authorities on Traditional Yang Style Tai Chi Chuan.

Master Ding is the First disciple of Master Ip Tai Tak, 5th Generation, who was the First Disciple of the late Master Yang Sau Chung, 4th Generation of the Yang Family. With extensive theoretical and practical experience, Master Ding is one of the few Western teachers capable of demonstrating the higher internal aspects of the Traditional Tai Chi Chuan.

A Unique Learning Experience

Master Ding’s teaching is renowned for its openness and depth. His approach emphasises learning through experience – understanding Traditional Tai Chi Chuan as a living, functional art. Participants will have the opportunity to Gau Sau (exchange hands) with Master Ding and other students, gaining direct insight into internal energy, CHI and applied Tai Chi Chuan principles.

Learn to achieve correct body alignment and posture to concentrate and circulate CHI effectively. This session lays the foundation for getting the most from your Chi Kung and Tai Chi Chuan training.

Tai Chi Chuan Principles and Concepts

  • Explore the essential principles that gives Traditional Tai Chi Chuan its depth and

power

  • Understand how to integrate these concepts into your practice for health, healing and self-defence.

Sunday 10:00 – 12:30

Push Hands (Tui Shou)

  • Develop sensitivity and energy interpretation skills (Teng Jin)

  • Learn to redirect or neutralise incoming force through Fa Jin (Projecting Energy)
